見到 green common 出咗新菜式,竟然係 laksa!用素食材料整嘅 curry laksa,好想試!今日返半日,放工即刻去試!新出嘅係植物雞 laksa 湯米粉,加埋燕麥奶 cuppiccino,$97。兩點左右,唔多人,好快有得食。米粉先到,都幾香,賣相以好吸引。先試一啖湯,都有 laksa 嘅香味,味道不太濃,亦唔辣,但我覺得都唔錯。上面有煎過嘅植物雞柳,話係香辣,我就唔覺,但味道都幾好,唔會有「假肉」啲怪味,亦唔重豆味,口感都似雞柳。豆卜得兩舊,要浸一下湯先入味。配料有芽菜,有少量脆脆,仲有啲唔知係咩嘅嘢(?酸菜但唔似喎)。米粉係好幼身,透透地,軟硬度適中,亦掛湯,雖然唔似平時最常見個種喇沙質感,但都唔錯。 份量唔算多,剛剛好,男士可能唔夠食。整體都幾好見凍凍地就飲杯 cuppuccino,唔鍾意杏仁奶所以一定叫燕麥奶,唔算好香,ok 啦。作為好鍾意食 laksa 嘅人,有素食版 laksa 真係好滿足! 我諗哩樣將會成為繼焗豬扒飯同已經無咗嘅咖喱魚蛋後我最鍾意嘅 green common choice

見凍凍地就飲杯 cuppuccino,唔鍾意杏仁奶所以一定叫燕麥奶,唔算好香,ok 啦。
