To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 本身好驚秋刀魚會腥,今次食完就改變哂我嘅觀感☺️ 師傅話新鮮嘅秋刀魚魚肉係會帶粉紅色,同埋要注意保溫方式,專業嘅處理令肉質甜嫩又唔油膩🫶🏻

食完蛇腹,覺得腦天會比下去🫢 雖然兩個部位都係充滿油脂,但腦天會比較淡啲🫣 但都係好嘢嚟架!

第一次食右口魚,比左口魚佢嘅肉質會更滑,一拎到手卷要即食,耐咗啲魚油會整淋塊紫菜架🤣

OMG 呢個真係食到我好滿足🥹 魚子加海膽嘅鮮味一直衝擊住味蕾,雖然食到呢味已經好飽,但都忍唔住要清哂啲飯😂
