發現所有客人的燉湯是最後送上的,燉湯作為主題壓軸出場亦很合理。侍應會主動協助分湯,若客人要自己分湯,侍應便會送上放湯料的盛碟和豉油,而燉湯確是十分足料

一整條黃魚、菜肉雲吞、北京津白放滿一碟,也難怪要另上盤子讓客人盛載湯渣。 這燉湯確是做得極好,魚湯奶白鮮甜,用來熬湯的高湯是鮮雞湯,魚香、肉香兼而有之,可以想像如果點的是雞湯系列,那將會是更出色了吧!

其實只是吃這湯渣也半飽了,煎過的黃魚仍能保持魚的鮮味肉嫩而不嚡口,津白同樣非常入味,菜肉雲吞小小的也不錯吃。這燉湯份量足四人享用,不過對於我等「無飯夫婦」來說,能喝燉湯也是相當難得,二人共享就可以多喝上一、兩碗了。

這家似乎很受家庭客人歡迎,即使是平日不到七時已是座無虛席。感覺除了我等「無飯夫婦」以外,燉湯確是很受開飯客人的青睞。希望能有更多以燉湯作主題的餐館,照顧喜歡呷湯的客人口味吧!
