To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

細到無倫的早餐

早左起身想去嘆個早餐再返工啦，就黎左呢間不知所為既餐廳。。。。叫左個牛扒旦蛋。。。嘩，隻旦，得個蛋黃，外圍得唔夠1cm既蛋白圍住。。牛扒好似柴皮。。服務態度更惡劣，見到個咁既蛋就問個侍應啦，點知個中年亞叔侍應話係咁架啦，收你三十蚊個早餐。。。即時o咀算，唔同你嘈，因為差不多夠鐘，食埋啦啦林返工。。。環境又差，個地下一撻撻黑色又滑，好似無拖過地咁。。。總括黎講，我唔明點解呢間咁劣質既餐廳可以係美孚生存咁耐，好有可能係自己鋪（好可惜唔記得影隻咁經典既蛋俾大家欣賞）
