食之前睇左唔少review, 但當日都係想隨心點菜☺️ -肥肥一個月前已book左Louise,自己少食法國菜嘅關係都好期待!先講氣氛 下層户外只有一枱客 其他主要都坐室內 環境頗暗,經過一條 flamingo 🦩 特色樓梯就到上層,上層感覺幾warm,我身後既牆打卡都不錯. 前菜另外嗌咗薯蓉
Smoked organic egg $188 🥔🍳
網絡上好多人推介,自己亦都好想試下綿滑嘅薯蓉。睇得出chef既功夫,煙肉乾配上薯蓉,中間包着一隻流心蛋。(又見到泡泡了xd) 味道和口感冇得彈,但煙肉粒比我想像中硬/乾多過脆,不過我好尊重所有廚師嘅食譜😌可能係呢一個質地先至夾綿綿嘅薯蓉。

主菜來了‼️ Rossini beef tenderloin $1458 for sharing
食落先知原來Rossini 係指 cut of beef fillet topped with hot slice of foie gras. 即牛加一種肝. 老實講唔係太啱我口味😅
好食嘅位係牛肉煮得恰到好處,香味同肉質都不錯,我初時冇為意,以為琳琳地嘅部分係pork belly 既朋友,直到肥肥話點解咁似肝臟我哋先至再check; 可能我比較喜歡食grill 嘅牛扒,所以呢碟用味道較濃嘅汁煮嘅牛我不至於覺得好好食🤨
side dish係脆薯(中間空心) 味道好似薯片 同個Sauce反而幾夾

甜品 passionate fruit and mango pavlova $158 🍨
兩樣生果都係我既favourite 🥭 ,賣相同味道又係冇得彈😙 黃色部分質感似sorbet 中間仲有一層白色layer ,真正嘅甜而不漏,外面白色一片片既係蛋白糖嘅質地(唔係白朱古力) 好值得叫嘅甜品😋😋
另外每枱都會送canelé ,special occasion 更加有madeleine. 暖笠笠,十分好食

講翻前菜嘅麵包係配有nuts嘅牛油 堪稱近年來最好食嘅牛油😂顏色偏啡。千祈唔好要多份住,因為之後會食到好飽。
另外有餐前湯 內有煙肉有粟米 味道偏濃但好鬼好飲😋😋

Starter整體細份 但菜式味道偏濃 所以飲soda係幾Refreshing既👍🏻

米之連服務體驗🌐🌐
- plates are warm and replaced often
- the waiters/waitresses fold your napkins while u use the ladies room
- they introduce every dish when it arrives
- when we asked for recommendation of wine they politely send a lady (whom I guess Is more “specialise”) to intro the drink menu.
- they giv absolutely good recommendation for food. (The langoustine for seafood lovers, and the dessert is just right knowing that we are full and expected something light)
- they wipe the table before the next course is served, with forks n spoon are replaced too
- gorgeous and thin cups😂
