講係食日本料理真係會品嚐到好多不同食材,而且係食材方面都有分咗好多種類迎合大家之餘,又可以食到真正日本料理都會去品嚐一下,係咁多種食法當中不得不提Omakase即係師傅發板,又師傅親自即場烹調當日新鮮食材,讓客人品嚐到每件食材味道,當然唔會知道有乜嘢食到食一刻先會知道,咁食先會有驚喜又有滿足感,當然約埋好友一同品嚐,可以一邊睇住師傅細心處理每件食材一邊慢慢細嚼美味食物咁先至係享受,就去咗呢間日本料理店開飯當然要坐係師傅枱前面咁至有feel,梗係點咗Omakase ,菜式會按次序逐一細味品嚐,先有前菜分別有三款口味俾各人享用食落各有特色,蕃茄入口爽甜清新、鮑魚食到肉質鮮嫩又飽滿、水母入口爽滑配香甜醬汁,簡單得來又美味輪到冷盤係兵庫縣處女蠔,蠔肉色澤光亮就知有幾新鮮,入口食到蠔肉飽滿又滑溜滿口蠔汁係口內夠晒鮮其後到刺身又可以食到不同味道,先有愛女魚肉質爽口帶點肥美、平政魚肉質甜美、魷魚口感爽嫩、粒貝食落爽口清甜,八爪魚肉質鮮嫩滑溜唔覺唔覺又食咗一輪美食,再來有炸物天婦羅蓮藕片入口香脆又香甜,而另一款真係唔講得小係天婦羅炸拖羅,炸得啱啱好食到外面粉漿卜卜脆內裏啖啖香滑吞拿魚夠晒鮮甜味道濃郁,

唔覺唔覺又食咗一輪美食,再來有炸物天婦羅蓮藕片入口香脆又香甜,而另一款真係唔講得小係天婦羅炸拖羅,炸得啱啱好食到外面粉漿卜卜脆內裏啖啖香滑吞拿魚夠晒鮮甜味道濃郁,口感十足有驚喜

真係睇到師傅功架,細心俾客人食到食材真正味道。其後到燒物當然會用火炙一炙魚肉嘅表面,等魚肉脂肪鎖緊係食嘅同時會大大提升口感味道香濃,太刀魚入口香嫩帶點肥、金目鯛食到啖啖香甜油脂夠飽滿、鯖魚肉質爽嫩味鮮甜

至於北海道海膽真係冇得輸外形飽滿完整,色澤金黃入口香滑,像忌廉一樣入口即溶,一食難忘這味道

到最後一款係拖羅配櫻花蝦用紫菜已住,未食已聞到櫻花蝦香味四溢,而拖羅肉質晶凝通透食落滑嘟嘟夠嫩滑,口感飽滿魚油甘香,唔使點咀嚼已係口內溶化真滋味

再飲碗香濃麵豉湯已經滿足所有食慾,最後食埋香滑豆腐雪糕,又細味品嚐一餐Omakase。
