華香雞係80年代開始已經係香港開始經營,雖經歷高低,但仍然屹立不倒。早前同朋友去咗銅鑼灣駱克道嘅分店食晚餐。我地大約7點左右去到,門口已經有好多人等緊位,我地大約等咗20分鐘就入座。餐廳空間唔算大,大約容納到20人左右。餐廳主打招牌雞飯外,仲有提供牛腩、鱔肉、滷水拼盤等,選擇都多。我地最後叫咗半隻雞加個牛腩套餐。🔻招牌華香雞味道:8/10價錢:$108招牌嘅華香雞用上白滷水熬製而成,鹹香味並重,而雞肉嫩滑,就算雞胸部位都唔會覺得鞋!食落更有啲滷水的香味~好食!另外佢地個薑蓉都十分出色,薑蔥切得幼細,口感細膩,而且唔會太油,同雞肉幾配搭。🔻原味清湯牛腩味道:7.5/10價錢:$57朋友叫咗個牛腩套餐,牛腩份量多,肥瘦均勻。牛腩吸收咗清湯,非常入味,而且每舊都帶點筋同油花,口感豐富!另外套餐仲會跟個白飯、白菜同飲品或湯。🔻雞湯白菜味道:7.5/10價錢:$25白菜份量多,雞湯味都算濃。
