To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 細細個既時候成日weekend都會同屋企人去連鎖快餐店食雞脾餐配紅豆冰仲記得果陣成日都沽清 食唔食到都要睇運氣今日做野做到冇時間lunch 就喺tea time既時候去大快活食野其實咁多年嚟大快活既menu都唔係變左好多以前通常係叫油脾食既今日見有燒雞脾就叫呢個配紅豆冰 $32一攞我自己都嚇親點解可以咁細隻仲要好似斷頭斷尾咁唔夠熱 而且好乾 入面想搵d肉汁都唔容易幾啖就食完 就算作為tea都完全唔夠🥤紅豆冰就正正常常 紅豆都算甜冰粒稍微碎左dd有時會連埋d野飲一齊飲倒呢個餐要$32我覺得真係好唔抵質素比起以前真係差好遠(雖然以前唔係食燒雞脾)
