銅鑼灣一向都好多高質既日本料理,最近發現左一間cp值好高既新餐廳,位落於渣甸街渣甸中心。裝潢上好有日本既感覺,值得一讚既係店員服務態度體貼,一去到已經遞上熱毛巾和熱茶,十分細心。我地叫左兩份Omakase, 帶住期待既心情準備開始師傅先將赤貝拍打,然後赤貝會因此而收縮,從而變得爽口彈牙,鮮味十足!爽彈口感令人回味無窮。師傅將牡丹蝦蝦頭炸到香脆,然後將蝦頭內既沙囊蝦膏鑲入蝦身,兩者配合綿上添花,更加帶出蝦既味道,亦看出師傅對食材既物盡其用!自家制八瓜魚刺身,新鮮度十足,配上師傅秘製既醬汁,更加好味。帶子壽司綿綿細緻,無需多餘既配料亦能食到佢既鮮味 .深海池魚壽司魚片通透白淨,脂肪比例適中,味道鮮甜。三文魚籽壽司粒粒晶瑩剔透,咬破鮮味佈滿口,鮮味滿分拖羅壽司入口即融,油香四溢的口感久久不能忘懷,正!來自小長井町既生蠔,師傅係蠔身加上酸汁啫喱,完住無猩味,蠔肚位飽滿多汁,非常之新鮮。北海道海膽海膽味道濃郁,口感豐腴,入口即溶。再加上脆脆既紫菜,一脆一軟既口感絕配日本蜜瓜唔需要多講,甜度高又柔滑,每次我去日本餐廳都必叫既甜品,作為今天晚上ending 感覺好滿足
