香港終於有返少少冬天感覺啦!冬天係打邊爐既好時機,今日同女友試左尖沙咀既淥烚年代,餐廳環境整潔,牆身金條裝飾帶出高貴感覺。職員會首先送上九宮格既調味料拼盤。- 羊肚菌海參燉雞湯羊肚菌可謂菇中之王,加上海參同鮮雞件,味道非常清甜,完全無味精,燉湯既雞件肉質都唔會好老。我同女友分別飲左兩大碗先叫職員加水打邊爐。- 安格斯牛肉份量好多,牛味唔算太香濃,但油花好均勻,肉質軟稔,最緊要係唔好淥得太耐。另外仲叫咗好多配料包括萵筍片、日本黑豚肉、新鮮鵝腸、黑木耳、鮮粉腸、牛柏葉、水魷同茼蒿,每份配料平均$50-90。職員將所有配菜放喺好似橋既擺設上面,充滿氣派。總結而言,食物質素頗高,而且坐得都舒服。除咗火鍋外餐廳亦有提供私房菜。九點半之後入座仲有八折🥰
