To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前生病了，終於可以出街吃飯了，今次去了元氣壽司吃中午飯。我和友人先叫了五碟三文魚壽司，友人十分喜歡吃三文魚，三文魚十分新鮮，十分肥美，有入口即融的感覺，太正了!之後，我叫了一碟甜蛋壽司，甜蛋甜度適中，十分香軟，有驚喜喔!我還叫了吞拿魚腩壽司，十分好吃，肥美香濃，令人一吃，想再吃的感覺。之後，忍不住追加了一碟。友人叫了兩碟花之戀，肥美的三文魚配上沙律醬和蟹籽，經典中的經典，但依然令人回味無窮，大力推薦!今次的用餐體驗，我們都十分滿意!
