To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

終於唔係高速線

由以前食開元氣，到今時今日，好多元氣已被改成高速線，要搵一間唔係高速線的元氣係一件難事。因為要食到多選擇的下午茶餐係普通元氣先有，高速線就算有下午茶，都係set死哂，每款都無得選，更加無得加錢要其他野。難得平日有時間，又遇到普通元氣，當然係唔可以錯過。有得選，當然選我至愛的炸蝦餐，沙津同滑溜溜的燉蛋，當然重要用$12加個軟殼蟹手卷。可惜當日平日，可能無咩人食，軟殼蟹係翻炸，一咬碎哂咁樣，美中不足。其他都係維持水準。
