To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

終於如一的譚仔雲南米線

今日因爲太夜唔煮飯，又要出街食啦！幾個小朋友要求去食譚仔雲南米線，好啦！就去食譚仔，一去到又係要拎飛排隊，好彩好快有位。一坐底已經見到好多好耐無食嘅皮蛋，一定要叫啦！最後我哋叫咗魚片頭、魚腐、炸醬、鮮菇加底大碗米缐，再加碟皮蛋 又叫埋譚仔自家製豆漿。佢個魚片頭好彈牙又夠厚身，好有口感，正。另外皮蛋依舊 微辣之飲又帶點微柑味，又係正。最後，見佢出咗支自家豆漿 又要試下，的確有豆味又夠濃，小朋友都啱飲！
