To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

yeah! 住咗入粉嶺十年，望穿秋水屋企附近終於有三哥，為咗慶祝屋企附近有三哥，所以一定要寫一寫食評。餐廳環境：始終新開張，環境乾淨企理，可惜比一般三哥面積比較小，所以坐位都比較緊張。食物質素：叫了一碗墨丸蕃茄三小辣和一碗鴨血米線小辣，味道和一般三哥一樣，沒有太大分別，可惜本人喜歡食三哥的砂砂湯底，這一間沒有，不知道是否新開張的關係，希望遲一些會有。味道可以，但是米線不知道是否放得太久，所以米線有些硬，其中一碗已經叫米線淋啲，但是仍然食到有米線是硬的，希望餐廳可以改進。另外嗌了尖椒皮蛋，一如以往好食。姐姐服務：大部分都是見習店員，但是落單都快速，禮貌亦不錯。
