呢間係銅鑼灣新開既韓國烤肉店,賣點係韓國濟州島黎既黑毛豬,先講個爐,燒極都唔會痴底,仲燒到d肉汁鎖哂係肉入面,係正喎!配菜有豆芽、紅菜頭汁白蘿蔔、茄子、泡菜、蒜頭、青椒、生菜,拎塊生菜,擺舊肉+辣醬+蒜頭+泡菜,一啖擺落口,正!今次叫左個漢拏山特選餐($560,2人份)套餐包括:1. 雞蛋圈+芝士圈,爐邊兩圈,前者泡菜味好香,後者用年糕/ 海鮮卷住食一流!2. 厚切黑毛五花腩(100g)呢間黑毛豬係濟州黎架,而且係用成長週期比較長既大豬,五層肉層層分明!燒既時候豬本身既油流出,再煎香塊五花腩,煎出既香味好香,係無雜質既味,然後剪開一條條令佢熟得更快更平均!就咁食一舊試下,肉汁保留加埋五花腩既油份,特別出色,肥肉有咬口,而且唔會有豬臊味,好新鮮。然後用生菜、蒜頭、辣醬、泡菜、醃蘿蔔包住黎食,醃蘿蔔酸酸地正正可以平衡番豬腩既油份,令到食落更好味更爽!3. 春川雞(150g),唔會話太肥而且好Juicy,仲好入味,點埋個韓式辣醬更惹味!4. 牛肋肉(120g)+LA牛骨(100g),燒到7成岩岩好,前者加少少海鹽帶番個鮮味出黎,後者加豉油更好味,兩款牛都好正,超多肉汁而且係好林,絕對比得上出
