To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日休息，午膳時間可以一家出街食，已很久沒吃酸辣米線了，很掛念開胃的滋味，幫襯譚仔。屋企人不吃太辣，叫了過橋米線，貪佢大碗，食材樣樣有，可齊分享。我叫了雞肉魚旦酸辣米線，我的湯底微酸微辣，不太刺激卻又激起胃口，湯內有很多芽菜和韮菜，湯底不肥膩，加上米線好爽滑，比前的三哥，米線份量多了，肯定飽肚，雞肉新鮮入味，但魚蛋無詳魚味，粉了點，下次再魚腐會更好吃。先生的過橋米線真夠大碗，炸醬好好吃，豬肝，竹笙，牛肉都好好吃，米線好，湯底清湯鮮而不會重味精，吃罷不口渇，也是十分飽肚，凍O茶和凍鴛都沖得很高，茶底有茶味，難怪三哥也破其他飲食集團看中收購了，它的成功跟它高貨出品絕對有關啊!
