To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

終於有一間直得一寫食評嘅拉麵

係香港食過好多唔同嘅拉麵，有平有貴，間間都唔會令我好快又想再去食。日日經過都見佢排曬長龍，見到條龍次次都唸洗唔洗呀？有冇咁好食呀？四日前終於去試下，排隊嘅時候都有問下排我前面嘅客人，係咪真係好好食，答案全都話係，好食，還會係成日黎食。入到店裏真係好迫，坐就真係唔係坐得好C服。當個拉麵到見到個湯同啲叉燒就感覺到有心機兩個字係這碗拉麵度。個湯底唔油，至少我食完無肚痾，平時食過嘅有啲食完都會痾因太油，不過係我個人問題，腸胃比較敏感。又唔咸，唔會係咁要飲水。唔咸得黎係濃味喎。真係喎識形容。總之係好食。叉燒方面都好滑,有口感。都真係唔知用咩字黎形容😂😂😂。我會再好快忍唔住去再食。
