To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

晚市終於可以堂食，近近地食 d 野，順便試下部新手機，d 相真係 sharp 好多試下期間限定，日本和牛配鵝肝 ＄18/件和牛夠肉香，但唔算入口即溶，和牛黎講偏硬，煮得過熟了，上面舊鵝肝只得油，沒有甘香。呢個北海道直送既焦糖奶凍真係好好味， 都係十幾蚊件。質地好幼滑好似雪糕咁，好有奶香，加埋上面既焦糖面好夾，可以 encorn！其他推介既仲有茶碗蒸，裡面竟然有甘大粒帶子，肉質仲要鮮甜，個蛋真充滿海鮮味，呢個有驚喜仲有呢個軟殼蟹卷，次次黎都食，呢款係由佢始創開始就有既款，一直到依家。原來可以坐係餐廳食野都唔係必然，希望疫情快 d 過去啦!
