To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

終於有改善嘅三哥

有時要去尖沙咀做嘢，自己一條友唔知食乜好，多數都係食米線。尖東有間三哥，冬天去嗰陣時，次次等位都要等成半個鐘至九個字，等嘢食就再多三個字，食餐晏要成個半鐘😅。前幾日去，已經見門口冇太多人，點知原來唔使等位就入得👍。而且上菜快咗好多，效率有所進步。題外話呢間舖啲姐姐幾好禮貌。自從有咗砂砂湯底之後，我就冇再食過麻辣，佢其實係沙嗲湯底，味道都幾香，不過辣度就好似隨心，感覺5小辣同10小辣冇分別。米線少少淋，但可接受。牛肉有幾多片，另外仲有隻新餸，鴨鎚$7，佢大小同KFX雞鎚相約，但無乜肉，而且原來係滷水味，我覺得麻麻，唔會再叫。
