To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

小女喺葵盛返工，葵盛簡直就係美食荒島，商場裡面得一間連鎖快餐點、幾間茶餐廳、一間酒樓同幾間細餐廳，成日都諗「幾時會開返間珍奶舖米線舖」，等到頸都長埋，終於都等到！哩間三哥開咗一兩個月，每次經過都人頭湧湧，午飯時段，餐廳內外都會有一班中學生小學生，基本上係無可能短時間內等到位。今日專登2:00先去到餐廳，終於唔使等位、唔使同人迫，感動。裡面環境好寬躺、開揚同光猛，坐得都舒服。立即叫咗碗重慶酸辣小辣魚片頭米線！湯底好香好濃味，特別鍾意裡面加咗少少炸菜，好惹味，為成碗米線生色不少，但食食下覺得有點鹹同口渴。魚片頭有點令人失望，質感好淋，我期望佢會有少少彈牙同油炸嘅香味，但可惜兩樣都無。米線軟硬適中，叫咗少米線，份量合適。作為米線發燒友，我定會繼續支持！
