To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

終於見識到真正的波蘿油

平時返工都有叫菠蘿油外賣做早餐， 但送到來總是冷冰冰的。這次終於有機會一試傳說中的菠蘿油， 果然沒讓我失望。包身還很熱， 脹卜卜的， 表面的糖塊焗得香脆， 之下則是軟軟的麵包夾著完整的牛油片。一口吃下， 什麼減肥計劃都要暫時拋諸腦後。 由於未吃午餐， 還點了沙嗲牛肉麵， 沒料到也是非常的好吃。還有凍奶茶， 茶味很濃， 但個人覺得下次叫少叫甜會更好。臨走時侍應還很有禮貌地讓路給我和說多謝， 比起某間也很受歡迎但沒禮貌的舊式茶記， 我更愛這裡。
