To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 是日早餐唔夠,於是去左添好運買dim sum 試,自己一直想試添好運,但行唔開果頭,後來中環開左,以為有機會去試,始終冇時間行過去,今次終於有機會啦我要左一籠蝦餃一籠燒賣,外賣的,但d呀姐做野唔得lol,眼見得自己果d已經得左,但呀姐又唔do others 果d,不斷do買好多果d(最後等左20分鐘先有上到去食,蝦餃皮厚度適中,d蝦好大隻,好鮮味,雖然等左好耐,但仲熱既燒賣同樣d蝦好靚,唔會好大粒,d肉爽的果然米芝蓮冇俾錯,質素好!不過服務要改善。會再試既
