To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日LUNCH同同事去左D2 PLACE搵野食, 一直想試下呢間, 平時12點鬆D去到已經勁多人排隊頭先難得去到有吉檯, 當然即刻衝過去啦! 😁😁裡面FULL晒之後聽到經理問其他客人坐唔坐露台, 原來會有8折😂 今日想食飯, 所以叫左個海南雞飯, 但佢無得加錢走胸/轉脾呢個OPTION不過黎到見到賣相不錯, 跟冬瓜湯又跟飲品, 雞份量唔少, 有一半幾滑一半係有點"鞋", 唔算肥, 有三款醬料而個雞油飯都香既, 又唔會太油, 唔錯的👍🏻同事叫左個麻辣海南雞就跟得一款麻辣醬同一個同事叫左燒雞脾配烏冬就係咁讚話好好食😅下次無咩人排隊時可以再試😁
