To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

終於試到這家超人氣的烘焙店！早前見到抹菜祭被深深吸引住，一直很想試試看。這天早上出門沒吃早餐，就先來這裡買一份牛角包吃。店裡選擇非常多，全部新鮮現做，香氣四溢。最後挑選了比較少見的開心果紅莓牛角包。包包的體積比想像中大，包皮做得非常鬆脆，吃下去甚至有清脆的聲音。包皮的牛油味很香濃，非常好吃。中間夾著滿滿的開心果醬，第一次試這麽多的果醬，很有驚喜。因為配搭了紅莓醬，原來入口味道是微酸的，但味道混在一起卻很夾。這個包包吃起來，每一口都是幸福感呀！
