To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 有茶碗蒸,刺身五點,五貫壽司,雲丹盛,手卷,湯,甜品

茶碗蒸
木魚花高湯黑松露金箔,高湯表面有有很香既黑松露和金箔,裏面有蒸蛋和白果元貝,材料都豐富

刺身五點
分別有右口魚,間八,太刀魚和帶子配海膽。
右右魚帶有油脂和少少柚子清香味,都幾滑咁

右口魚邊手卷,師傅把它切成一塊,用火槍燒一下,逼晒油脂出黎,鋪係紫菜和飯上,捲成手卷,食既時侯,裏面啲油份漏出黎,真係好香

雲丹盛
全餐最矚目,最期待的,一杯有小舊壽司飯,鋪滿大大粒三文魚籽,然後再鋪上海膽,心中哇一聲,好邪惡添,我將佢啲飯和三文魚籽海膽撈勻後,那個口感唔錯,海膽唔會好醒反而好綿滑,三文魚籽都好大粒又爽脆,係口到咬破左像食爆爆糖咁爆晒出黎

汁物係魚湯,師傅同我講呢碗湯好高膠質,我飲左後覺得好濃魚味,同埋骨膠原

甜品係靜岡哈蜜瓜

整體黎講,呢餐都唔錯,今次有震師傅主理,佢幾好咁介紹每一樣既產地,點食,又幾好禮貌,我食完後,佢同我九十度鞠躬,還給我卡片,留下唔錯既印象。
