To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

.《初見》我自從喺日本試過好好食既石燒牛之後，就愛上咗咁樣食牛！😍 早排已經知荃灣呢間人氣有石燒牛食既餐廳！個名改得好靚同好易記！最近終於食到喇！🍭初見香草吉列牛($128)我一早已經鎖定左佢！🤣 就係見佢外表草綠色好特別！不過牛件比我想像中細🙈 所以燒10秒內已經食得～ 香草食落有少少脆幾香口！同有助增加口感～ 牛就肥瘦均勻，外脆內軟，配白飯一齊食幾唔錯！另外佢仲有粒塘心蛋😍 都好好味！🍭野菜豆腐鍋($58+$35配刺身及花茶) 大家如果想食清清地絕對推介點呢款！成鍋都係菇、菜同豆腐🤣 份量唔少，蔬菜食落鮮嫩，熱辣辣咁食幾好食！佢啲刺身幾厚身同肥美～
