成日搭村巴都會經過一間木屋餐廳~ 係出面望唔到入面食乜野~ 好神秘~ 老公上網搵先知原來係食日本料理, 好~ 結婚周年就係到食啦~老公早一星期預約, 所以去到唔使等~ 入到去, 有2塊鐵板燒, 每塊鐵板燒大約serve 6-7個人~ 感覺同日本食果間差唔多我地order左個2人餐~ 酒同梳打另嗌各一杯頭盤係北海道活螺~ 個螺肉同羅白都好清甜主菜係鮑魚,大蝦, 銀鱈魚~ 隻鮑魚好大隻仲好生猛添呀, 上左檯成5分鐘都仲不停郁~ 肉眼睇都起碼10CM長!! 我地食左大蝦肉先~ 師父好細心將蝦肉起埋, 而且仲會提你點少少鹽先食^^跟住就係燒鮑魚, 望住隻鮑魚被起肉囉去煮, 好殘忍呀>< 不過到師父煮住, 呢種感覺冇晒LU肉用牛油煮, 而內臟就用黑松露煮~ 個人鐘意黑松露多D~之後到銀鱈魚, 師父燒完舊肉好滑~ 正~ 另外, 佢仲會起碼塊魚皮, 燒好耐好耐先拎比你, 魚皮好脆~ 好似食緊薯片~之後食食菜, 再食牛肉, 牛肉入面包左蔥, 蒜頭. 材料簡單, 但好好味中間仲有沙律, 炒飯, 麵豉湯同雪糕~ 而我就選擇左柚子味既雪糕~ 好滿足既一餐,多謝老公❤❤
