To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 在元朗住的個個都認識永年士多,是一間道地的車仔面店。雖則店名為「士多」,但實則店內環境舒適,有時尚的裝橫,不像一般車仔面店般舊式裝修,而且不會過於狹窄。細心之處是,永年士多的托盤,它是防滑的設計,減少打瀉面食的機會。今次吃的是三餸面,盛惠$44,價錢是在車仔面中較高的店。韮菜餃可見到是一粒粒的,不是用攪拌機所弄碎的。而且肉質鮮味,豬肉與韮菜的份量控制得很好。雞翼是用陳年滷水醃的雞翼,非常入味,而且咬下去啖啖肉,不是「細小」雞翼喔。湯底是由老雞、豬筒骨、雞腳、果皮及藥材等熬製出來的,但味道絕不是藥材味,而是偏甜的味道,個人很喜歡呢!配合彈牙的油面確實一流!
