To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 絕不再光顧的店舖

一向都好少光顧大家樂，今次見到佢哋做$12.1隻雞髀就去幫襯，買咗之後等咗20分鐘都仲未有，前面仲有二十幾張單係炸髀仲未做到，大約每10分鐘出三隻雞髀，本人覺得佢哋係冇意欲想做呢種單，但如果要等這麼久的話，理應通知客戶，客戶自行判斷是否光顧，因為我買的時候他們只是說大約10分鐘，但我等了20分鐘有多，前面仲有二十幾張單係關於炸雞髀。對於他們的手法為了營造店舖很多人，然之後減慢出炸雞髀的速度，本人絕對不認同。或者你們可以說你要快啲話可以光顧其他店舖，但我要說的就是如果我知道要等這麼久才有$12的炸雞髀，我絕對不會等待。所以我以後不會再光顧大家樂。
