To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一向覺得大家樂係比起其他連鎖快餐廳好, 無論食物質素或者服務態度。所以食下午茶,大家樂係不二之選,好食而且夠經濟是日和細佬購物,忽然想吃大家樂的下午茶,我們點了最愛的雞脾配紅豆冰,雞脾有兩種口味可以選擇,一是炸雞脾。另一種是鼓油皇。我們怕熱氣就選鼓油皇口味這個是從少陪我長大的招牌下午茶餐不過雞脾真是越來越少了⋯⋯雖然細了,那層滑嘟嘟又惹味的雞皮,加上熟度剛剛好的嫩 .好輕易就撒開個雞脾!個味道甜味足夠啊!另外粒粒紅豆冰一向係我至愛紅豆大大粒,而且分量又多椰奶既比例也剛剛好,簡直絕配。三點半出面熱辣辣,下午茶歎杯紅豆冰,簡直係透心涼。每份$25 今時今日咁嘅價錢真心講句去邊度搵啦!

加上熟度剛剛好的嫩 .

個味道甜味足夠啊!
另外粒粒紅豆冰一向係我至愛
紅豆大大粒,而且分量又多
椰奶既比例也剛剛好,簡直絕配。
三點半出面熱辣辣,
下午茶歎杯紅豆冰,簡直係透心涼。
每份$25 今時今日咁嘅價錢
