To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

中秋假期諗住同屋企人食自助餐，屋企附近沙田區既酒店自助餐都食過哂，唯獨是麗豪酒店未試過，見價錢合理就試下間濠餐廳自助餐。第一次黎到，原來間餐廳好寬躺，坐得舒服，環境好過好多五星級酒店，食物種類都算多，冷熱盤都有非常多選擇，必食推介有刺身、龍蝦、長腳蟹熱盤都有好多泰式菜，燒豬頸肉、泰式串燒超好食，拍得住好多貴價泰國餐廳，最估唔到係有好多唔同既特飲，佢唔單止有一般自助餐有既橙汁、汽水、奶茶咖啡基本野，竟然有好多特飲例如斑蘭龍眼水超好飲！甜品方面除左大量雪糕、蛋糕選擇，估唔到仲有奶黃月餅，食兩隻都回本😂😂仲有好少見既雪糕蛋糕👍👍宜間餐廳絕對抵食👍👍一定會再返黎食👍👍👍
