即興早上才打來BOOK位,好彩仲有位。 在隱蔽的工廈中入門後的佈置OPEN KITCHEN沸騰的牛蒡杞子茶第一次食新鮮熱情果,開胃極了!素叉燒外脆肉JUICY,海藻健康爽口。燉湯上場,聽說燉湯在前一天已開始準備,先用竹蔗茅根作湯底,再加入圓肉、合桃、杞子、新彊大棗等材料一同燉上幾小時;美味又鮮甜鮮百合露筍馬蹄炒黄耳 ~ 新鮮既清爽焗蕃茄 ~ 原來蕃茄內釀入由豆腐、杏仁、腰果等材料打成的茸,很特別。香滷荔芋卷內包著芋頭馬蹄再束好,調味剛好,芋頭炆得很入味又夠粉口,很美味鮮淮山炆冬菇蕃茄煲仔焗飯好好味 ! 我也要試試在家焗製。素雪蛤即是桃薯膠,又滑又彈牙,糖水以黑冰糖燉成,甜中帶清香 ~ 好潤啊 !
