今次係上網見到好多人大讚嘅🇯🇵日本餐廳,所以就即刻book黎試吓。入到去餐廳服務員超有禮貌,細心講解餐牌。🌸入到去環境都真係幾靚,典型嘅日本餐廳,長長嘅吧枱,後面飾物櫃放咗一啲sake,望住廚師煮嘢食,真係令人賞心悅目。📸🐟大拖羅係吞拿魚入邊比較高質素嘅部位,佢嘅肉質係鬆軟,因為佢裏面嘅脂肪比例係非常高,入口即刻會有油香嘅味道。🐠🍣真錭壽司既魚肉真係比較鮮味,因為佢哋嘅生產量好少,所以都好難食得到嘅,係日本高端嘅魚類。🐟🍣吞拿魚醬油漬壽司佢嘅醃製方式係比較特別,所以同普通醬油係唔一樣嘅,獨特嘅醃製方式令到吞拿魚嘅鮮味大大提升。🍈靜岡蜜瓜係日本嘅水果,日本嘅水果不嬲品質都係好高,而且佢哋仲要係高質再細分。青色嘅果肉,就咁望囉表面就已經有好多汁,一咬落去啲果肉既汁多到流晒出嚟。
