🙈🐷🐷🐷最近喺柴灣附近實習,放工嘅時間係兩點幾,所以諗住去太安樓附近食個下午茶,見到依間鯛魚湯專門店,好鍾意食烏冬嘅我忍唔住就行左入去😹▪️慢煮豬軟骨烏冬呢個烏冬本身係豬骨湯底,但係嚟到鯛魚湯專門店唔轉鯛魚湯真係有啲講唔去🤔 所以我就加咗 $12轉左釣魚湯。turned out呢個決定系好正確嘅🤔 鯛魚湯香氣撲鼻,味道濃郁,雖然好足料但又唔會有腥味。豬軟骨食得出煮咗好耐,軟冧入味,膠質同肉嘅比例50 50,係肥人最鐘意食既豬軟骨😍 而且我仲加咗釣魚片同埋蟹棒,鯛魚片煮得肉質香滑,雖然冇加到任何調味料去醃制,反而食到原汁原味既魚肉鮮味。整體而言雖然我加咗幾多錢去加料,但係一分錢一分貨,係值得加既!〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰5/5🐷〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️🔸Overall ($94)📍 九州鯛魚 (西灣河)西灣河筲箕灣道57-87號太安樓地下G25號舖
