位於大角咀利奧坊樓下商場新開嘅燒肉店,講真位置真係有少少唔顯眼,不過絕對係值得留意嘅一間燒肉店。環境同裝修都好寬敞舒適,店員都好有禮貌。食燒肉唔一定要食牛,今日就有幸試咗佢哋嘅新餐單 - 海鮮白肉拼盤套餐。先來一個三文他他多士。三文魚配上洋蔥、山葵同香濃蘭王蛋,拌勻後加上烤得香脆嘅多士上,好滋味。然後到烤肉部分,分別有車海老/牛油紫蘇廣島蠔/黑豚豬梅肉/豚五花/日本雞排/日本雞腎。一開始會由店員為我地燒,一路燒一路講解食材。而且會講解每一種食材點樣同燒幾耐比較合適。我個人最喜歡個黑豚豬梅肉,油花味濃郁,非常香口;牛油紫蘇廣島蠔亦係一大亮點。廣島蠔肥美非常,口感爽嫩,牛油香同紫蘇葉香令整體昇華。烤肉分別可蘸上檸檬汁/燒肉汁/混合海鹽一齊食。以上拼盤加$50就可以變套餐,有埋前菜(日本茄子)/味噌湯/沙律/蔬菜/飯團或湯烏冬/甜品。呢個價錢有咁嘅質素,同埋食到飽飽,性價比真係高。
