食日本餐廳,最奢華一定係食omakase 只要簡讚廚師發板就可以食到餐廳最新鮮嘅刺身今日同男朋友兩個試咗呢度嘅omakase完全冇諗過咁有驚喜💕成日都見人地合併晒所有相好靚,我自己都忍唔住整返張先先來三款前菜,貌似大菜糕其實係一款用湯製造成嘅高湯,內裏有蟹肉絲,食起來好似鹹鹹香香嘅啫喱,好特別!具有柚子口味既蠔漬物味道好fresh大大隻既生蠔,鮮味十足!完全唔使配任何調味,而且大隻嘅生蠔富有口感,食落超滿足🤤🤤🤤左口魚平時都會食開,不過配岩鹽真係第一次。魚肉帶有微量鹹香,提升鮮味Lup 貝(唔識寫😆)帶有爽脆度,而且帶有鮮味嫁🤤 男朋友中意食呢個大溝貝,事先火炙過,令魚多左份火炙既香氣,比起岩岩既Lup 貝呢個食到佢既滑身,反而我鍾意食呢一款多啲牡丹蝦,新鮮嘅牡丹蝦真係好少會有,呢一款牡丹蝦刺身去游水㗎 !新鮮度超級爆燈,而且佢嘅賣相相當吸引,蝦肉質感彈牙之餘而且勁有蝦嘅鮮味,真係第一次食到咁新鮮嘅牡丹蝦池魚,魚味十分鮮甜而且而且口感十分好,唔似普通魚咁一pat pat嘅口感鰤魚,惿款魚都覺得好似帶有唔同既魚鮮味咁,好少可以食到刺身魚既原有魚味,好真係有時難以形容到咁多。波菜黑松露大蝦

波菜黑松露大蝦,每款嘢食嘅賣相都相當精緻,呢款用菠菜汁包住嘅大蝦,再同黑松露撈埋一齊,菠菜味唔會太過突出搶奪蝦嘅味道,最重要蝦肉好彈牙,食起嚟好有質感

每間日本餐廳都會出現嘅天婦羅🍤 (蝦/甜番薯/青椒/茄子)不過比起其他嘅日本餐廳,天婦羅,嘅唔係醬汁,而係一啲帶有柚子香味嘅鹽粉,黐埋一齊食更加香,驚喜度高

刺身,熱食都食晒,係時候要食返啲壽司啦!

大溝貝裙邊,同啱啱嗰款刺身一樣,不過呢一款係用佢嘅裙邊製成,裙邊比啱啱嘅刺身質感更加嫩,配埋壽司飯一齊食增加左層次感

左口魚裙邊,我最鍾意食嘅魚一定係左口魚,呢度嘅左口魚質素真係超高質,入口完全即溶狀態,佢嗰款入口即溶嘅口感真係第一次遇到,魚脂質感具高

拖羅,魚刺身當中男朋友最鍾意一定係拖羅,因為火炙過關係,入口即溶,魚脂嘅香氣慢慢喺口中浮現,CP值超高!

真係可以食到海膽嘅鮮甜到,呢款海膽壽司真係唔知可以點樣形容到,平時喺出邊食嘅海膽只係會食到唔會有腥味同有鮮味,不過呢度嘅海膽竟然可以食到佢嘅鮮甜味,甜度真係好似喺日本食緊新鮮嘅海膽一樣,一件真心唔係好夠皮🥳 好味勁正

食到咁上下,其實都已經好飽好滿足啦,最後上咗一款充滿魚味嘅魚湯,所有嘅魚精華都充滿喺啲一碗湯入面,試問又點會唔好飲呢?食完咁多凍嘢飲番啲熱湯🍲感覺好舒服

最後當然要食返個甜品做完結,蜜瓜永遠都係男朋友最鍾意嘅生果,呢度嘅清甜都比平時食開嘅更加重更加香甜,而且蜜瓜味好香,清甜度真係可以同日本嘅蜜瓜媲美,唔知係咪靜岡蜜瓜呢?

另一款看似比較平凡嘅其實係用上南瓜造成嘅南瓜紅豆布甸,呢款布甸口感勁細滑,南瓜嘅香甜都感覺好似食緊真實嘅南瓜一樣,而且配上甜密度高嘅紅豆,成個甜品配合得天衣無縫,三扒兩撥就比我放晒入胃喇😆😆😆

成餐廚師發板嘅質素都超高,食完之後已經詢問餐廳經理晏晝嘅omakase🥳 等我計劃一下幾時再過嚟食先
