都係第一次喺香港食呢類蟹宴🦀本身都搵咗幾間,最後揀咗蟹膳,因為佢嘅環境最好。一行入去見到佢缸蟹真係會有身處日本嘅錯覺🗾.我哋揀咗「季」呢個set,可以試到三款蟹,分別係半隻雪場蟹、原隻毛蟹同半隻花咲蟹。原本係半隻松葉蟹,不過唔啱時候所以就轉左花咲蟹代替.♦ 海膽鱈場蟹腳刺身⋆呢個刺身係我其中一道最期待嘅菜式😍蟹肉切碎左食落好清新,而海膽甜甜地,再加埋魚籽既咸香,食落三樣野有好大contrast。.♦ 蒸花咲蟹及鱈場蟹⋆ 蒸蟹理論上係最鮮味嘅,配埋佢清清地既蟹醋一齊食,鮮味更出!直頭可以用甜來形容☺️.♦ 燒鱈場蟹及蟹腳⋆鱈場蟹腳好多肉,輕輕夾起放入口係滿滿既幸福感☺️燒過既蟹肉好彈牙好爽!.♦ 凍毛蟹⋆ 毛蟹係原隻上,雖然size比唔上另外兩款蟹,但係都好多蟹肉。所有蟹肉已經起晒出嚟,食落好方便。佢仲有超多蟹膏,就算拌埋蟹肉一齊食都仍然好濃味.♦ 花咲蟹天婦羅⋆天婦羅好surprise!呢個整法令蟹肉好juicy😍炸粉好薄,蟹肉又嫩又多汁。另外仲有一個流心蛋天婦羅~製作好考技巧,一咬開流心蛋好似喺口入面爆開咁,煮得岩岩好.♦ 蟹肉羮⋆♦ 北海道海膽蟹肉茶碗蒸⋆蟹肉羮同茶碗蒸冇乜好特別,兩道
