真心覺得好好味!我食蛋撻一向都係食曲奇皮唔食酥皮,因為覺得酥皮好多油滲出嚟,而且如果酥皮做得唔好,啲皮會黐埋一齊,就會變成一塊又軟又油嘅皮。不過今次試過酥妃皇后嘅酥皮蛋撻之後,完全扭轉我對酥皮嘅感覺原來做得好嘅酥皮係可以咁好味!今日我買咗酥皮蛋撻,北海道鮮奶蛋撻,同埋一件朱古力嘅酥皮甜品(唔好意思忘記了件甜品叫咩名)。先講蛋撻,蛋撻嘅酥皮比裏面嘅蛋做得出色。個蛋撻我係隔咗大概20分鐘先食,但個酥皮居然仲係好乾身,好鬆脆而不油膩;而蛋撻嘅size比一般餅店大,蛋同酥皮比例亦做得好好朱古力酥皮甜品亦都為我帶來好大嘅驚喜。件蛋糕嘅外型設計做得好好,好吸引人。上層係有軟心朱古力,麥提莎,杏仁;中間夾住酥皮;再有朱古力慕絲(呢個慕絲唔輕身,口感係近似軟心朱古力);最後底層係酥皮。見到件甜品咁靚,我本來係打算用刀叉去切開慢慢享用,但係原來我把膠刀係切唔開嘅於是我就乾脆用手拎起直接食用。甜品放入口第一啖咬落去覺得好有驚喜,唔明白點解個酥皮係可以咁鬆脆,真係會食到一層層,酥皮唔會被朱古力嘅濕度改變到佢嘅鬆化度。雖然佢上層嘅軟心朱古力同埋中層嘅朱古力慕絲份量好多,但係食落係唔會覺得好heavy,甜度非常

順帶一提,店員好友善,主動offer啲產品比我試味。比我嘅感覺就係,就算我無光顧買嘢,佢地都唔會介意
然而試完之後更加忍唔住要買,因為真係好正
