是日晚餐:-燒牛仔骨-法式油封鴨-薄荷茉莉花茶-昆布茶2019年6月罷工餐廳之一, 老細應該係一家三口打理餐廳; 餐廳最出色係熟成魚同肉-燒牛仔骨牛仔骨就係熟成的, 本來以為真係連住嚿骨, 但上枱成嚿都係啖啖肉; 好重牛味, 咬落好似食緊滾左好耐的牛腩, 好軟淑!!老細話每件肉所配的汁都係唔同, 但牛仔肉已經好夠味, 所以個汁都係用黎"點"薯角同菜; 薯角同蔬菜都係烚+少少調味-法式油封鴨油封鴨好香!!!係一上枱已經好香!!老細話鴨脾係慢煮, 肉好嫩滑, 係刀叉唔駛大力切都骨肉分離個種嫩!食完個咀都仲有鴨香味油封鴨配的汁少少酸, 夾埋菜食更開胃-薄荷茉莉花茶好重薄荷味,因為薄荷清涼, 所以消滯一流;茉莉花味俾薄荷遮晒, 唔係幾飲得出 -昆布茶講真, 純粹似普通茶葉味....總結: 肉好有質素!!令我好期待下次去試魚!!老細一家三口睇得出對食物質素好有要求!!

牛仔骨就係熟成的, 本來以為真係連住嚿骨, 但上枱成嚿都係啖啖肉; 好重牛味, 咬落好似食緊滾左好耐的牛腩, 好軟淑!!
老細話每件肉所配的汁都係唔同, 但牛仔肉已經好夠味, 所以個汁都係用黎"點"薯角同菜; 薯角同蔬菜都係烚+少少調味

-法式油封鴨
油封鴨好香!!!係一上枱已經好香!!老細話鴨脾係慢煮, 肉好嫩滑, 係刀叉唔駛大力切都骨肉分離個種嫩!食完個咀都仲有鴨香味
油封鴨配的汁少少酸, 夾埋菜食更開胃

-薄荷茉莉花茶
好重薄荷味,因為薄荷清涼, 所以消滯一流;茉莉花味俾薄荷遮晒, 唔係幾飲得出 

-昆布茶
講真, 純粹似普通茶葉味....

總結: 肉好有質素!!令我好期待下次去試魚!!老細一家三口睇得出對食物質素好有要求!!
