給愛上海菜的同伴們: 。小籠包: 上海菜必點,但尼間做到個皮又厚,肉又少,小籠包最重要係入口爆汁嘅感覺又無,究竟點解可以做得咁差🤦🏻‍♀️。松子鱸魚: 又係做得好差,應該係做好擺喺度,有人點就淋熱嘅芡汁,食落去冇咩肉,要食就食翻桂花魚好過鱸魚,喺度似食炸粉🤮。賽螃蟹: 蛋白真係好難整,呢度整到好滑,足料,又吾會太油,正。韭王鱔糊: 正,正,正,鱔好粗身,滑嘟嘟,好肉地,個芡汁夠濃,同韭菜好match。( 因為有兩個餸吾合格,香港又有好多上海菜嘅選擇)
