北角雪園在灣仔重開改名為老雪園一直都想再去試試,今晚終於約了朋友一齊去食上海菜,餐廳位於南洋酒店的地庫裝潢格局時尚帶點中式品味。經典雪園生煎包包底煎得很香脆,面皮柔軟肉汁豐富不乾身,保持到水準。脆皮素鵝,外層炸到金黃色咬落口好香脆脆口內裡腐皮層次分明。外婆菜四季豆,用肉鬆欖菜和四季豆炒,火喉炒得啱啱好,四豆季爽口。津白肉絲炒年糕,色澤炒得均勻味道比較偏濃味,年糕口感煙煙韌韌,經典菜式。老字號餐廳都有番咁上下水準,都會再來幫襯的。
