To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚和家人去香港老飯點食晚飯!這裏主要係食上海菜,唔講唔知道原來餐廳係創立於1993年,都好耐歷史。餐廳選擇眾多!我地都看左好耐先點菜,因爲餐牌圖文並茂樣樣都好似好好食。而且店員親切有禮,就算我地要求介紹菜色都好有耐性。點完菜就馬上為我們預上小食~很開胃的小食。小籠包:一籠有10個很能夠滿足鍾意食小籠包的我!小籠包包皮厚薄適中,同時能承托湯汁,尖端皺褶工整大小分量適中,肉餡肉質鬆化鮮味!湯汁充盈太油膩。樟茶鴨半隻:呢個樟茶鴨原來係得獎名菜!我是第一次試,之前都未見過這到菜。樟茶鴨入口皮酥肉嫩帶有淡淡樟木和茶葉的香味,唔使點任何調味都已經好惹味。翅群雲吞:雲吞皮夠薄,餡料鮮味!個湯清清地加上金華火腿調味都幾好飲。雲吞鍋的翅群都很多也夠粗,是一道很體面的菜色。乾煸四季豆:四季豆配上少少爽辣的肉碎很惹味開胃,用來餸飯一流。就算食中菜最後都要叫返個甜品的,除左我點的幾款小菜之外!其實餐廳都有好多選擇,下次再黎可以試下其他食物。
