契婆生忌晚宴設於「農圃飯店」,據悉老字號以不少經典懷舊菜式聞名,初次到臨嘅小肥當然好期待啦!位於銅鑼灣嘅中菜廳地點好易搵,只係交通比較擠塞,大家記緊要預鬆少少時間出門口。用餐大堂面積唔算好大,不過擺出行半嘅四人散座都好整齊。十人派對被安排入座D區嘅私人廂房,雖有專人服務,但感覺姐姐要一個人負責哂酒水、換碟、上菜等工作也未免太吃力了,幸好其態度誠懇,細佬都有幫忙加酒。餐桌上擺有齊備嘅自用及公用餐具,由於主人家早已訂好菜單,賓客只需飯來張口。等待人齊時,先有三款開胃小食,包括爽脆嘅青瓜、苦瓜,最正係甜濃嘅紅菊醃牛根拼牛𦟌。古法糯米雞翼:此道糯米雞翼乃「農圃」所創嘅鎮店名菜,師傅要先將雞翼去骨後再釀入糯米飯,都幾多功夫架。雞翼脹卜卜,外層嘅雞皮巧薄香脆,皮下嘅糯米飯混入咗蝦米、臘味同雞翼本身嘅雞肉,咬落煙韌帶脆,油香豐潤,每人半隻嘅份量極之恰當。炒雜菌:炒雜菌惹味軟腍。椒鹽排骨:炸至金黃嘅椒鹽排骨外層香脆,肉質鬆爽,送酒一流!焗釀蟹蓋:焗釀蟹蓋鮮濃有嚼口。雞腳白肺湯:呈奶白色嘅豬肺湯甜潤滋補,暖胃非常,湯料中嘅豬肺洗得好乾淨,食落仲好腍滑。冬菜蒸沙巴老虎斑:旁邊嘅長輩夾第一件時已經俾XO仔見
