約咗幾個老友喺佐敦食晚飯,訂咗枱喺莊士彌敦廣場嘅金山海鮮酒家食懷舊菜。訂咗七點,不過6:30上到去都俾到枱我哋。先嚟半隻燒鵝,醃得好入味,不過略嫌鵝皮唔夠脆,同埋冇蠟燭熱住佢,食到後半段有少少凍咗。跟住叫咗碟炸大腸,唔使花巧,洗乾淨同炸脆佢就上碟,脆卜卜,正! 老友介紹焗魚腸,我覺得中上水準,上面雞蛋香脆,下面啲魚腸好足料,落咗少少胡椒粉辟腥,有埋芫荽就冇得頂啦。再嚟幾碟小菜,小炒王、蒸肉餅同埋啫啫雞雜煲都非常有水準,味道唔會太濃,攞嚟送酒同埋送飯都係一流嘅配搭。埋單前仲送咗碟炸蛋散,都幾鬆化,糖醬又唔係太甜,卒之又食哂。其實呢座大廈都有好多各類型嘅食肆,可以逐一去品嘗。
