下午茶時間來到呢間開業超過60年—香港泰昌餅家,以傳統方法人手製作蛋撻、老婆餅、沙翁、皮蛋酥等,更見證香港歴史。眼前有好多新鮮出爐蛋撻,聞到陣陣牛油香氣,仲看到新出藍莓撻海報廣告,於是買了藍莓撻、皇牌蛋撻、酥皮蛋撻和老婆餅各兩件。皇牌蛋撻係曲奇皮,記得細細個果陣阿婆都會晏畫買件俾我做下午茶,蛋撻皮口感酥軟,香濃的牛油味,蛋餡軟滑而不會過甜﹗創新的藍莓撻:鬆軟藍莓果肉蛋糕,鋪滿濃郁藍莓粒果醬及雪白糖花,酸甜恰到好處老婆餅:外層酥化,內層餡料豐富,滿滿冬瓜蓉、椰絲和芝麻等﹗
