To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 柴灣又多一間食店供大家選擇啦!環境非常光猛,裝潢極具老香港的情懷,比較像昔日的巴士車廂!其實每次經過這裡都排晒隊!想避開人潮的話,我建議12:00前段時段較為少人。是日老火是湯南瓜甘箏湯,非常足料,唔似一啲味精湯。主角是火熱西冷牛扒配薯菜,牛扒可以選擇三、五、七或全熟,牛扒份量大過我手掌,配上香脆可口的薯條。金黃色的菠蘿油,並非平日吃到的菠蘿包味道,而是充滿著有菠蘿的鮮甜味!另外,重點的牛油非常厚實呀!沙嗲牛肉軍艦上的沙嗲牛非常澎湃!而且沙嗲醬汁味道濃厚,牛肉煙韌,麵包經過烤焗帶點微熱,整體十分美味!
