今次試左新開既酒家-勝記,連同餐牌同配碟既設計都好有喜慶吉祥既感覺。燒乳豬係呢到既名菜,而且又有優惠,黎到一定要叫返碟試下。半隻乳豬上枱了,豬皮烤到好香脆,火喉掌握得唔錯,豬肉好嫩口彈牙。呢碟係酒樓姐姐介紹的,小炒皇幾乎間間餐廳煮既味道都唔不一樣,呢到既小炒皇係好得我心既,亦非常推介俾大家。韮菜甜又無渣,落了炸芋絲,增加口感,另外又落了炸菜,令味道多了層次,最正係落了帶子,帶子鮮甜惹味。呢道菜焗魚腸一樣,只係變左用煎蠔餅既方式整,比起平時食焗魚腸,我更喜歡呢個煮法,魚腸好惹味,煎完更香口,一定要加胡椒粉食。唔知叫咩好,於是叫了個金菇肥牛粉絲煲,好耐無食,味道不錯,好夠火喉,肥牛份量超多,又幾嫩口,拎黎撈飯一流。
