To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

逛街經過這店，好奇的試試。感覺是墟內經營已有一些時間的食肆，相信光顧的大部份是街坊。挺喜歡茶餐廳的我，與友人點了兩個下午茶餐：瑤柱雙菇炒米配凍菜蜜及雞翼拼沙律配凍青檸柑桔梅蜜一同分享。炆米米線煮得柔軟入味，蔬菜爽口；雞翼香脆肉嫩，蕃茄青瓜新鮮，沙律有薯仔、紅蘿蔔、蜜桃，沙律醬份量適中，是標準的配搭，味道不錯。飲品方面，兩款飲品濃度適中，味道足夠。總的來說，是有質素的產品。
