To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日都行旺角經典嘅冰室吃著名嘅菠蘿包和奶茶。冰室沒有平日咁繁忙，店員也十分禮貌客氣。冰室沒有太迫嘅格局，座位設有格板，感覺舒適。今日試吓經典菠蘿油和港式奶茶。菠蘿油-這菠蘿油大大個，麵包焗得鬆軟，外脆內軟，尤其那菠蘿脆皮，又脆又香甜，口感鬆化，麵包質地軟身，甜甜地嘅味道，配上鹹香嘅厚切牛油，一鹹一甜，一脆一軟，十分滋味。奶茶-奶茶口感都幾香滑，茶味比較濃郁，沒有茶的澀味，味道幾OK。難得可以再嚐到香港經典滋味，正宗嘅菠蘿包買少見少，可以一試。
