To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 區內西餐廳不算少,但性價比高的卻不多,這間便是街坊的熱門之選,晚餐幾乎每晚都要等位,我也來光顧過幾次餐牌又轉了設計,可能是加價吧?但價錢仍然合理每份餐具放在獨立膠袋中,感覺衛生一點脆皮咸豬手配薯條($98)及菌皇忌廉湯菌皇忌廉湯:吃得出粒粒切得很細的磨菇蓉,忌廉湯香濃,味道不錯脆皮咸豬手:外皮炸得香脆,只是豬手不夠入味,輕易切開骨肉分離,如果能配上酸菜會更好薯條:可能放久了吧?吃的時候已經不脆,上菜時已配上茄汁,這個一般焗咖哩牛腩飯($59)上檯時非常熱辣辣新鮮焗好,上面有一層芝士,裡面的咖哩加了點椰香,辛辣得來惹味,不得不說這裡的咖哩飯很合我胃口,除了吃得多有點太辣之外,真的好吃凍檸檬茶(+$10)無得篤檸檬的檸檬茶,有些檸檬肉已經混在茶中,其實我比較喜歡自己篤,可以調較酸甜度,不過這款的酸甜味道也調較得不錯其他餐牌
